Jenna Stambaugh is an LCPC at Springboard Community Services, she believes therapy is a collaborative process grounded in authenticity, compassion, and meeting people where they are. With an outgoing, upbeat, and client-centered approach, she creates a supportive space where clients can feel safe being themselves while working through life’s challenges. Trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Jenna works with individuals navigating overthinking tendencies, anxiety, trauma, major life transitions, and self-esteem. What drives her work is helping clients recognize their strengths, become their own best friend, and understand how past experiences and earlier versions of themselves can influence their present selves. She believes that different versions of a person represent different chapters in their story, each carrying meaning, growth, and resilience. She hopes clients walk away with greater self-awareness, self-compassion, confidence, and practical strategies they can use both inside and outside of therapy. Jenna sees clients virtually and/or in person at our Carroll County office location.
