Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The Property Manager is responsible for the administrative and maintenance duties required to operate the 8-unit residential subsidized apartments and Family Support Center while working closely with the Senior Director of Client Services to ensure the residents’ needs and HUD or other funder requirements are met. This position is the main point of contact for all vendors, building repairs and must have knowledge of budget monitoring, expertise in skill planning, organizing, directing, and supervising contractors and volunteers.

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with minimum 2 years’ experience in property maintenance management and/or human services related field required. Applicant must have current driver’s license with safe driving record and on call for any emergency building repairs.
