What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Do you offer a sliding scale for fees?

Yes, we offer a sliding scale based on income and family size for those who may qualify. Please contact us to apply and determine your eligibility.

Can I pay in installments?

Payment options, including potential installment plans, may be available depending on your circumstances. Contact our billing department to discuss options.

When is payment due?

Payment is typically due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Which insurance providers do you accept?

                      What if my insurance isn’t listed?

                      If your insurance provider isn’t listed, you may still be able to receive services as a self-pay client. You can also check with your insurance company about potential out-of-network benefits.

                      Do you take Medicaid or Medicare?

                      Yes, we accept both Medicaid and Medicare.

                      How does out-of-network insurance work with Kaiser?

                      For clients with Kaiser insurance, we are an out-of-network provider. Contact your Kaiser plan representative to learn about reimbursement for out-of-network services.

                      Will my insurance cover the full cost of services?

                      Coverage varies depending on your plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand your benefits, including co-pays, deductibles, and any prior authorization requirements.
