Manage Difficult Emotions and Achieve Emotional Balance
Springboard Community Services’ Anger Management Programs empower individuals to understand and manage their emotions in healthy and constructive ways. Through evidence-based techniques, participants learn to identify triggers, develop coping strategies, and improve communication skills. Our compassionate approach helps individuals build stronger relationships, enhance emotional well-being, and lead more balanced lives.
Anger Management Training
Classes are held only in Carroll and Howard Counties. Residents of other Central Maryland communities are welcome to attend classes in those Counties.
Abuse Intervention Program
We offer a 26-week Maryland state-certified program for both voluntary and court-ordered clients. Participants learn to take responsibility for their actions and acquire new coping skills. CARROLL AND HOWARD COUNTIES
Parenting Anger Management
This 12-week skill-based program encourages parents to be accountable for past behaviors and practice new skills with their families. CARROLL AND HOWARD COUNTIES
Anger Management
The 10-week program covers basic conflict resolution skills using assertive behaviors that are taught in the group. CARROLL AND HOWARD COUNTIES
