Careers That Make a Difference

At Springboard Community Services, your work is more than a job – it’s an opportunity to help people find stability, healing, safety, and hope. We are a nonprofit outpatient mental health and human services organization serving communities across Baltimore City, Carroll, Harford, and Howard Counties. Our team provides mental health therapy and medication management, while also offering specialized programs that support victims of crime and domestic violence, vulnerable families, and youth experiencing homelessness.

Our work looks different in every community:

• Carroll County: Comprehensive domestic violence services, including a safe house, case management, Violence Intervention Programs, and mental health therapy for the broader community.
• Harford County: Victim-focused case management and mental health therapy for the broader community.
• Howard County: Case management for low-income and vulnerable individuals, housing support for domestic violence survivors, and mental health therapy.
• Baltimore City: Mental health therapy, victim services, and a Youth Resource Center providing housing navigation, case management, life skills, housing support, and workforce development for youth experiencing homelessness.
