The Youth Resource Center (YRC) case manager will provide direct support and services to individual youth or youth of families with heads of households ranging from 18-24 years old. As the YRC Case Manager, you will provide crisis intervention services that emphasize safety planning, short-term and long term service coordination, and follow-up to youth and young adults in need of supportive services. This position will offer support in connecting clients to vital resources, entitlements and benefits, as well as information about the criminal justice process, educational system and various programs and services in the community. The case manager will provide advocacy as and when necessary while coordinating efforts of the Workforce Development Specialist, Peer Supporter, Navigator, and any other team member of YRC/SCS. The goal will be to manage the immediate crisis and also lay the groundwork for a more in-depth involvement with the Youth Resource Center.

Applicant must have Bachelor’s degree in social science or educational fields with a minimum of
two years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, their families, and/or adults as a resource coordinator, case manager, counselor, therapist, guidance counselor, social worker, or other similar position.

Preference will be given to candidates who also have social services licensures and/or have experience in:

o Working with adolescents and young adults with emotional and/or behavioral difficulties;

o Preparing these individuals for living independently, obtaining employment, or
functioning in the community more effectively; and/or

o Conducting home-based, school-based, or field-based service delivery.

The Youth Resource Center (YRC) Client Services Assistant is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operation of the YRC and administrative functions. This includes general front desk coverage through answering the telephone, managing mail, greeting clients and visitors as well as recordkeeping, data entry and filing of confidential records, over-seeing front desk sign-up sheets, managing referrals and updating client information in databases. In addition, the YRC Client Services Assistant will provide back-up support for the Office Administrator/Client Services Assistant on the main level, as needed.

This position requires a High School Diploma with proficiency in use of electronic medical records,
computers, printers and fax machine. Ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing. Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with clients, families, staff, management as well as the general public.

Time Commitment:
● Biweekly meetings (1.5 hours each) and monthly outreach and training activities
● Occasional special events or advisory sessions
● The time commitment varies from 2- 8 hours each month, from September 2025- July
2026. The specific meeting schedule will be finalized in September.

Compensation:
This is a volunteer position. A stipend of $30 per meeting will be provided to cover time and
participation. Transportation is provided for in-person sessions.

Position Summary:
Springboard Community Services seeks passionate, community-minded youth and young adults to join the Youth Advisory Board (YAB). The YAB provides critical insight and leadership to support our work with youth experiencing homelessness and housing instability in Baltimore City. As a YAB member, you will help design outreach strategies, advise on programming, and promote youth engagement in mental health and supportive services.

Key Responsibilities:
● Attend biweekly/monthly YAB meetings and contribute actively to discussions
● Advise Springboard staff on the needs, interests, and concerns of youth and young
adults
● Co-design and participate in outreach and engagement efforts for youth at the Youth
Resource Center
● Collaborate in developing and delivering peer-led training and educational sessions
● Provide feedback on Springboard’s programs and services to improve youth access,
engagement, and effectiveness
● Represent the YAB at events and in community conversations as needed
● Maintain respectful, inclusive communication and uphold group norms

Qualifications:
● Age 16–24 years old
● Resident of Baltimore City preferred
● Lived experience with support service, housing instability, or as a consumer of mental
health services is preferred, but not required.
● Interest in advocacy, leadership, and community engagement
● Ability to participate reliably in scheduled meetings and activities
● Commitment to creating safe, inclusive spaces for peer dialogue and support
● No prior board experience required—training and mentorship provided

Position Summary
Springboard Community Services (SCS) is seeking a Marketing & Development Coordinator to
help implement the foundational systems and communications needed to advance our
marketing, fundraising, and donor engagement goals. This is a high-impact role that blends
hands-on content execution, donor communications, website maintenance, and support for
development systems (including Raiser’s Edge).
This position plays a key role in supporting the organization’s FY26–28 Strategic Plan, with a
focus on increasing marketing ROI, engaging new and returning donors, improving campaign
analytics, and preparing for future development team growth.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an adaptable, detail-oriented communicator with experience in both
digital marketing and nonprofit development. You’re equally comfortable creating a social media
post, updating a webpage, preparing an email appeal, and ensuring donor data is clean and up
to date. You enjoy managing multiple tasks, collaborating with external vendors, and applying
data insights to improve performance. You’re curious, proactive, and committed to helping a
mission-driven team grow its impact.

You have:
● A strong understanding of nonprofit communications and donor engagement
● Experience working in WordPress/Squarespace, Canva, and Google Analytics
● Strong communication and project management skills and an ability to manage multiple
projects and deadlines independently

Summary of Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications (50%)
● Build and Manage content calendar and create/schedule posts across social media and
content platforms(LinkedIn, Facebook, newsletters, direct mail, website)
● Collaborate with each regional site and CSD to build and implement region-specific
marketing and outreach strategies
● Draft, format, and distribute email newsletters and digital campaigns
Maintain and update the organization’s website (basic content, media, events)
● Coordinate with contractors and staff to execute annual giving and awareness/
marketing campaigns
Identify low-cost advertising and event opportunities
● Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools
● Create, revise and maintain key donor, marketing, and outreach materials.
Development Support (40%)
● Update and maintain donor records in Raiser’s Edge (segmentation, cleanup, contact
details)
● Coordinate and support the implementation of a comprehensive annual fund strategy
including direct mail, email, online fundraising and digital marketing in an effort to
increase donor retention and acquisition.
● Coordinate logistics for fundraising events and board-led campaign activities
● Support donor acquisition strategies, re-engagement efforts, and online giving
campaigns
● Assist in establishing a baseline for marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness
● Support and lead the development of press releases and event specific media relations.
● Track and monitor annual fund progress according to the goals outlined in the agency’s
fund development plan, including regular reporting on giving trends, solicitation
performance and return on investment.

Administrative & Design Support (10%)
● Monitor and track vendor costs and campaign expenses
● Coordinate print and digital material needs for development and campaign events
● Support storytelling efforts, including collecting client impact quotes or photos
● Assist in the production of the annual Impact Report and quarterly fundraising updates

Summary of Qualifications
● Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or development
(nonprofit setting preferred)
● Proficiency with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), Canva, and
website CMS (e.g., WordPress or Squarespace)
● Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge or another donor management CRM required
● Experience managing social media for an organization or campaign
● Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
● Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and balance multiple projects
● Graphic Design skills/ familiarity with InDesign or similar software, strongly preferred

Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Client Services of Carroll County, the School-Based Behavioral Health Clinician provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and youth-centered therapeutic services to students within Carroll County Public Schools (CCPS). Services are designed to improve mental health outcomes, promote student well-being, and align with educational goals. 

The Clinician may be assigned to serve up to four CCPS school sites working approximately 15 hours (a minimum of 7 and up to 30 hours of on-site, in-person services per week). These hours may vary based on the needs and caseload of students, the remainder of the 37.5 hours will be spent at Springboard Community Services’ Carroll County office.

This individual thrives in a collaborative environment, working effectively with school personnel, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support the emotional and behavioral well-being of students. They are comfortable navigating school systems and adept at balancing direct service, documentation, and coordination responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about HIPAA and state confidentiality laws, understands the importance of timely documentation, and is committed to high-quality service delivery. They are self-directed, flexible, and responsive to the evolving needs of students and schools. They are also confident in their ability to manage a caseload, meet productivity expectations, and represent Springboard Community Services with professionalism in both school and office settings.

Clinicians will receive a ramp up salary for the first 2 months while getting orientated and building caseload.  Clinician has the ability to make between $72,000 to $95,000 under our fee-for-service model with an average caseload of 26+ clients, coupled with a salaried reimbursement for non-billable services, such as training, clinical supervision, and participation in treatment team meetings.
